Cameron and Sarkozy hail UK-French relationship
David Cameron and Nicolas Sarkozy have hailed the strong ties between the UK and France after agreeing to work more closely on military operations and civil nuclear power.
Although their relationship has come under scrutiny after the UK refused to join a European fiscal pact, David Cameron said the relationship has never been stronger, and President Sarkozy said that the differences had never been personal.
