'Occupy's message has made a difference'
Anti-capitalist protesters, who have been camped outside St Pauls Cathedral since October, have been refused permission to appeal against their eviction from the site.
The decision means that the Corporation of London can now clear the area of tents.
Three judges said despite the passionate views held by protesters, no significant new evidence had been presented to justify an appeal.
Michael Paget, a lawyer for the protesters, insisted the ruling would not defeat the Occupy message, "it has made a difference and it will continue to make a difference".
