Briton Graham Mitchell faces Portugal extradition

A man from Kent says his world has been "turned upside down" after being told he faces extradition for a crime he was acquitted of 17 years ago.

Graham Mitchell, 49, a photographer, was arrested this month by British police, acting for the Portuguese authorities.

They want him to stand trial on charges of attempting to murder a German tourist during a holiday in the Algarve.

Danny Shaw reports.
