Coroner praises bomb disposal expert killed on duty

A coroner has praised the courage of a British bomb disposal expert who was fatally wounded while serving in Afghanistan

Captain Lisa Head, 29, had safely defused one bomb and was trying to secure a second when a third exploded.

The court ruled that she had been unlawfully killed.

The BBC's Danny Savage said that her colleagues described her as "the bravest of the brave".
