'Racial abuse' man calls for justice

A Metropolitan police officer has been suspended after allegedly making racist remarks to a man arrested last August.

The comments were recorded on a mobile phone.

The Crown Prosecution Service says it is reviewing its decision not to press charges against the officer and two colleagues.
