Telegraph boss's texts to Cameron

The chairman of the Telegraph Media Group has described being in regular contact with the prime minister.

Aiden Barclay said The Telegraph supported the Conservative leader in the election, and recommended he make daily calls to the newspaper's editor.

He texted his economic thoughts to David Cameron on a regular basis via text message, advising on bank tax and more.
