Flood threat receding - Environment Agency

The threat of flooding is receding, according to the Environment Agency.

Flood warnings are still in place for the north east, the south west, the Midlands and the Anglian region. The south east and Wales remain on flood alert.

Phil Rothwell from the Environment Agency said it was important to have a "flood plan".
