What issues matter in Welsh local elections?

Voters go to the polls on Thursday in local elections and Labour is hoping to regain much of the ground it lost in Wales in 2008.

It has a higher proportion of older voters than anywhere in the UK and more than fifth of young people are out of work.

Betsan Powys reports.
