BBC editor defends Jubilee coverage of the river pageant

The executive editor of the BBC's coverage of the Diamond Jubilee has defended its television broadcast.

Ben Weston told BBC Radio 5 live Drive's Aasmah Mir that they did their "best on an extraordinarily technically complicated" day.

He spoke about the river pageant in particular, during which one thousand boats made their way down the Thames.
