Anti-social behaviour victims 'slipping through net'

Some victims of anti-social behaviour feel let down by police and are not getting the support they need, with potentially "tragic" consequences.

That is one of the findings causing concern in a new report by the Chief Inspector of Constabulary, Sir Denis O'Connor.

But Mr O'Connor says forces, in both England and Wales, have made progress since a highly critical review two years ago.

He spoke to BBC Breakfast's Charlie Stayt.
