Will Government funding help the next generation of Olympians?

The official flag of the Olympics has arrived in Rio de Janeiro, the host city of the next Games.

Now a whole new generation of Olympic hopefuls in Britain have their eye on the Brazilian city.

At the weekend the government announced it would continue funding for Britain's top athletes, but is that enough for the young sportsmen and women dreaming of gold?
