Colbourne: Crowds helped me to Paralympics gold

Great Britain's Mark Colbourne broke the world record twice in a day as he claimed C1 3km individual pursuit gold.

Colbourne, 42, only took up the sport after he broke his back in a paragliding accident in May 2009.

After the race, he thanked the crowds for cheering him on and giving him "an extra mile-an-hour more".
