Megan Stammers: How police traced her

Sussex Police say the schoolgirl, Megan Stammers, and her maths teacher, Jeremy Forrest have been found in France, eight days after they went missing.

French officials say they were spotted on a street in the centre of Bordeaux. Mr Forrest has been arrested on suspicion of child abduction.

At a news conference, Chief Inspector Jason Tingley of Sussex Police explained there had been a three sightings of the pair and said they had been traced due to "a joint operation between the French police, the Serious Organised Crime Agency and Sussex Police".
