Labour: Miliband to deliver 'highly personal' keynote speech
Labour leader Ed Miliband is to pledge to transform the lives of the "forgotten" 50% of young people in England who do not go to university.
In what is being billed as his 'highly personal' keynote speech at his party's conference Manchester, Mr Miliband will describe how he's been shaped by his family background and comprehensive school education, as well as setting out how he would shake up vocational qualifications for those who don't go on to university.
Iain Watson reports.
