Crime Agency head to investigate historic Wales abuse claims

The Home Secretary has set out details of an investigation into the way police handled complaints of child abuse at North Wales care homes in the 1970s and 80s.

In a statement to MPs, Theresa May said the head of the National Crime Agency would look at the allegations.
