Police commissioner elections: Low turnout across UK

The inaugural police crime commissioner elections have seen low voter turnout across England and Wales.

As the results were being counted on Friday, it emerged that fewer than one in five people cast their ballot paper to elect those with the power to hire and fire chief constables.

Mike Sergeant reports.
