Met police commissioner Bernard Hogan-Howe on morale and 'pleb' row

Britain's most senior police officer has told BBC Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire that low morale is a challenge for the force.

The Metropolitan Police Commissioner Bernard Hogan-Howe, also hinted that pay rises should be considered in the future.
