Union flag raised in Belfast for royal birthday

The Union flag has been raised above Belfast City Hall for the first time on Wednesday since the council's decision to restrict the number of days it can fly to 18.

The move marks the Duchess of Cambridge's 31st birthday.

Loyalist protests continued and police were targeted with fireworks and rocks on Tuesday night.

Mark Simpson reports.
