Father criticises DWP decision to cut son's benefits

A report by a group of MPs is criticising the government's Work Capability Assessments.

The Public Accounts Committee said the Work Capability Assessment had resulted in too many wrong decisions which were overturned on appeal.

But employment minister Mark Hoban accused the MPs of "scaremongering".

BBC Radio 5 live Morning Reports spoke to Ray Traynor whose son Colin, 29, died of epilepsy just before he was informed that his appeal against a cut in his benefits had been successful.
