Queen heads home after hospital stay

The Queen has left hospital after being assessed for symptoms of gastroenteritis.

Her stay at London's King Edward VII's Hospital was her first in 10 years.

Buckingham Palace said the Queen, 86, had been admitted as a precaution and was otherwise in "good health".

All official engagements for this week, including the Queen's trip to Rome, have been either cancelled or postponed.

The BBC's Daniela Relph described the moment the Queen left hospital.
