Victoria Cross for Afghan hero L/Cpl James Ashworth

A British soldier who died last year while protecting his comrades in Afghanistan is to be awarded the Victoria Cross - the highest military honour for bravery.

Lance Corporal James Ashworth is only the 14th person to receive the VC since World War II.
