Budget 2013: What will it mean for families and business?

Families and small business owners have been giving their reaction to the chancellor's fourth Budget.

Among the proposals laid out by George Osborne are subsidies for childcare and more help for house buyers.

A fuel duty increase planned for the autumn of 2013 has also been scrapped.
