'We want the brightest and the best', says Chris Bryant
David Cameron says he wants to restrict access to housing, benefits and NHS care for migrants coming to the UK.
In a speech on Monday, the Prime Minister said migrants from the European Union who can't find work in Britain could lose most of their benefits six months after they arrive unless they can prove they stand a "genuine chance" of finding work.
The Shadow Home Office Minister, Chris Bryant, says the policy should be based on facts and evidence rather than anecdotes.
