Radio reporter death: BBC apologises to Joslin family

The BBC has apologised unreservedly to the family of Russell Joslin, after an inquiry found its handling of complaints from the radio reporter, who is thought to have killed himself, was not good enough.

Mr Joslin was a reporter for BBC Coventry and Warwickshire and died in hospital in October 2010, aged 50.

The BBC's director of human resources, Lucy Adams, offered sympathy to the family and said the quality of care provided to him was not good enough.
