William Hague: 'Welfare needs to be tackled'

Foreign Secretary William Hague has told the BBC that George Osborne was "absolutely correct" in his comments about Mick Philpott.

On the topic of benefits, Mr Hague claimed that welfare spending for ran out of control under the last government, and welfare is a topic that needs to be tackled.

Mr Hague spoke with Eddie Mair on The Andrew Marr Show.
