David Cameron defends welfare changes
David Cameron has defended the Government's welfare changes saying living on benefits has become a 'lifestyle choice' for some.
An increase in benefits capped at 1% comes into force on Monday.
In an article for The Sun newspaper, Mr Cameron said the benefits system needed to be fairer. Labour said the government needed a new economic strategy and a "proper work programme" to tackle the welfare bill.
