Olympians Helen Glover and Heather Stanning, who won Great Britain's first gold medal at London 2012, have been awarded MBEs at an investiture ceremony at Windsor Castle.

Olympians Helen Glover and Heather Stanning, who won Great Britain's first gold medals at London 2012, have expressed their delight at being awarded MBEs at an ceremony at Windsor Castle.

Last summer, the duo became the first British female rowers to achieve gold in the women's pair since the sport was added to the Olympics in 1976.
