Trafficking victims win appeal against convictions
The Court of Appeal has overturned the criminal convictions of three children and one adult who were trafficked into the UK and forced into work by criminal gangs.
The children were arrested after police raids on cannabis factories and later convicted of drug offences.
Lawyers argued they should not have been prosecuted because they were all victims of trafficking.
Alex Forsyth reports.
