The decline of out of town shopping
Shoppers were once attracted to big out of town supermarkets because they could get everything under one roof.
But now as we buy more electrical and household goods online major retailers are facing a challenge, what to do with all that spare space in their stores?
Tesco has more of these than anybody else and this year it reported it's first drop in profits for twenty years.
