Blackout risk in UK: Power capacity to fall

The National Grid, which operates Britain's electricity network, has warned of a higher risk of blackouts this winter than at any time in the past 6 years.

It says the margin between available power supply and demand will fall to its lowest level since the winter of 2007.

John Moylan reports.
