Hillcroft nursing home: Three on trial over alleged abuse of elderly residents
A court has heard how three carers mocked, bullied and assaulted vulnerable elderly residents at a care home near Lancaster.
The abuse is alleged to have taken place at Hillcroft nursing home, in Slyne-with-Hest.
The prosecution claims eight residents, all suffering from dementia, were abused. The defendants deny all the charges against them.
Ed Thomas reports from outside Preston Crown Court.
