Terror suspect 'suing' government over torture claims
Terror suspect Mohammed Ahmed Mohamed, who changed into a burka to escape surveillance is suing the government over allegations of torture abroad.
The 27 year-old cut off his electronic tag and slipped out of a mosque in a burka on Friday.
Police were alerted when the tag was tampered with but Mr Mohamed, who was born in Somalia, fled. A manhunt is now under way.
