Many unaware of local police & crime commissioner

A BBC poll has found that one in three people in England and Wales have no idea if there is a police and crime commissioner (PCC) in their area.

The first PCC elections saw fewer than 15% of voters turning out in the 41 English and Welsh police areas.

Mike Sergeant spent the day with Norfolk's Commissioner Stephen Bett.
