Mizen father backs youth campaign
The parents of murdered teenager Jimmy Mizen have backed the Prince of Wales's campaign to tackle gang violence.
The Prince, who recently paid tribute to Barry and Margeret Mizen, believes street murders can happen due to the lack of organised activities for youngsters.
Barry Mizen told BBC Radio 5 live's Stephen Nolan that he hoped uniformed activities such as scouts and air cadets would help young people feel "welcome and wanted."
He added: "I think if all you're subjected to is neglect, violence, confrontation... then we shouldn't really be surprised if they grow into the sort of violent adults they become."
