Northern Ireland Troubles: 'My son was left to die on road'

Northern Ireland's attorney general John Larkin has said there should be an end to prosecutions for Troubles-related killings.

He said his proposal was not a formal amnesty, but was a logical consequence of the Agreement. His idea has been criticised by victims' groups.

Florence Magill, whose son Stephen was killed, says she has never had justice over her son's death.

"We have never had closure...you have to have justice before you can have closure," she said.
