The papers: Tuesday's front pages
Kamal Ahmed, business editor of the Sunday Telegraph, and political commentator Jo Phillips looked over Tuesday's front pages for the BBC News Channel.
They began with the Daily Telegraph's lead story, which says savers have been withdrawing their funds to spend, before going on to Financial Times research suggesting the government is making slow progress on promised infrastructure projects.
The pair also talked about the UK's relationship with China, on the back of the i's lead story that Chinese investment will help build the HS2 rail project, and Tom Daley's announcement that he is in a relationship with a man.
