Air traffic problems to continue into Sunday
Delays and disruption to flights across the UK are expected to continue into Sunday following a glitch in the national air traffic control system.
The National Air Traffic Service, which organises airspace at the UK's 15 biggest airports, said the issue would not be fixed until Saturday evening at the earliest.
British Airways said it had cancelled many of its short-haul services but was trying to keep its long-haul flights running, albeit with long delays.
Richard Westcott reports from Stansted.
