The papers: Thursday's front pages

Broadcaster Richard Madeley and Amol Rajan, editor of the Independent, cast their eyes over Thursday's front pages for the BBC News Channel.

They began by looking at the Times's lead story, which reports world leaders' pledges to try to find a cure for dementia by 2025.

They then examined the latest efforts by politicians to curb a planned rise in MPs' pay, covered by the Daily Telegraph, and concerns about GPs surgeries, which appear on the front of several papers.
