'Despair' over tidal surge chaos on east coast of England

A major clean-up operation is continuing on the east coast of England after 1,400 homes were flooded in the worst storm surge for 60 years.

One week on, the BBC's Julie McCullough found that many people are no closer to having their lives return to normal.
