'Tough sentences have reflected the severe damage' - NSPCC

Lostprophets singer Ian Watkins has been sentenced to 35 years for child sex offences including the attempted rape of a baby.

He pleaded guilty to 13 child sex offences at Cardiff Crown Court in November.

Jan Pickles from the NSPCC said the only concern was the welfare of the victims.

"It's right that these tough sentences have reflected the severe damage", she said.
