The papers: Thursday's front pages

Political journalist Susie Boniface, known as the Fleet Street Fox, and entrepreneur Shazia Awan joined the BBC News Channel to cast their eye over Thursday's front pages.

They began by discussing the Daily Mail's coverage of the jailing of Lostprophets singer Ian Watkins for raping children, which focuses on two women who allowed him to carry out the crimes.

Then they moved on to the Guardian, which leads on a report suggesting the US National Security Agency should curb its surveillance operations, and the Daily Mirror's front page, which criticises Conservative MPs for their conduct during a Commons debate on food banks.
