Storm leaves thousands facing floods and power cuts

Tens of thousands of homes in southern and eastern England are still without power following the huge storms which hit the UK on Monday and Tuesday.

Those still cut off are unlikely to have it restored for several more hours, the Energy Networks Association says, and more bad weather is predicted later this week.
