Archbishops highlight plight of persecuted Christians
The leader of the Roman Catholic Church in England and Wales has used his Christmas message to highlight the plight of Christians being persecuted for their faith.
Archbishop Vincent Nichols said many, especially in the Middle East, were risking their lives to go to church - a belief echoed by Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, who gives his first Christmas sermon today.
