Environment Agency warns about driving through flood water

Pete Fox, who is a flood risk manager at the Environment Agency, has warned motorists not to drive through flood water.

He also said the agency was remaining vigilant and teams were on the ground assessing the impact the weather has had.

More than 75 flood warnings have been issued in England, Wales and Scotland, with rain falling on saturated ground.
