UK floods: Amphibious vehicle in Tewkesbury lorry rescue

Two men have been rescued from a lorry stuck in flood water by water rescue teams using an amphibious vehicle.

The lorry had broken down about 500 metres down a flooded road in Tewkesbury.

Paul Powell, from Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service, explains what happened.
