Metropolitan Police Commissioner 'proud' of firearms officers
Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe has said he is "proud" of the way his officers react to gun crime in London.
On Wednesday, a jury concluded that Mark Duggan was lawfully killed when he was shot dead by police in August 2011, sparking riots in many English cities.
Sir Bernard thanked Mr Duggan's family for "expressing their desire to pursue their case peacefully".
