Rape victim on meeting her attacker

A woman from London says meeting and forgiving her rapist has done her "a lot of good".

Katja Rosenberg, 40, was punched in the face, stomach and chest before being raped as she cycled home in 2006.

Her attacker, who was 16 at the time, was jailed for 14 years after pleading guilty to raping her and another woman.

Ms Rosenberg told BBC Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire: "I wanted to show him that I understood... and that life is not hopeless. That he knows he's got a future."
