The papers: Wednesday's front pages
Martin Bentham, of London's Evening Standard, and the broadcaster Daisy McAndrew joined the BBC News Channel to review Wednesday's newspapers.
They began by discussing the Times's lead suggesting that David Cameron and Home Secretary Theresa May are at loggerheads over her plans to curb police stop-and-search powers.
They also talked about a report in the Independent suggesting that NHS staff morale is at a low ebb as a result of "bashing" from government politicians and the Guardian's story suggesting recently discovered evidence of "systematic killings" in Syria might only be "the tip of the iceberg".
