UK floods: Aerial view of flooded rail line

Saturated ground near the Thames in Berkshire is causing further flooding, with rail lines and signal equipment submerged on the route to London.

The BBC's Richard Westcott explains how it is thought water is coming up through the ground on the Windsor line, some 200m from the Thames.
