The papers: Thursday's front pages

Journalist and blogger Susie Boniface and Financial Times political correspondent Kiran Stacey reviewed Thursday's papers for the BBC News Channel.

They began by discussing the tabloids' coverage of the storms sweeping across the UK, before moving on to the government's response to the situation.

The pair then discussed the Daily Mail's front page, which features the case of triple killer Joanna Dennehy, and the Times's front page story which reveals new claims regarding the the "Plebgate" incident involving former minister Andrew Mitchell and police in Downing Street.
